Team Oregon Build (TOB) is an innovative partnership bringing together education, industry, state, and community to guide youth towards high-wage, high-demand careers in construction trades.

This initiative, driven by Lane ESD, Southern Oregon ESD, and the Mid-Willamette Education Consortium, introduces students to career pathways in construction and disaster/crisis response. With over $2.6 million in grant funding from the Oregon Department of Education, TOB trains Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructors across Oregon to build transitional shelters and other structures.

Nearly 4,000 students from 39 schools are participating, with a goal of building 125 units in the first year! Join us to learn more about this impactful project and how it's shaping the future for Oregon's youth.
